The boring-but-useful bit
Devdoku terms
Last updated 27 August 2026Who runs this
Devdoku is an independent project operated by Shafi Khan. These terms apply when you use Devdoku, submit a URL or profile, play a board, view an archive, or book a sponsored day. Contact: hi@devdoku.com.
Using Devdoku
You must use Devdoku lawfully and only submit public destinations that you own or are authorised to promote. You are responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of your link and any text you provide. Devdoku may edit, decline, hide, or remove content at its discretion, particularly where it is spammy, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited by the Rules.
Public leaderboard entries
Your submitted URL or profile, its publicly available name, icon, description, and your score may appear publicly on today's leaderboard and in the archive. Devdoku can fetch public metadata to create the listing. We may add utm_source=devdoku to outgoing website links so destination owners can identify Devdoku traffic.
Sponsored days and payments
A paid sponsor booking is a request for a specific future featured-day placement, not automatic publication. Availability, dates, and prices are set by Devdoku on the server. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments; Devdoku does not receive or store card details.
Every paid booking is reviewed before it can go live. If we decline or cancel an unapproved booking because it breaches policy, conflicts with a date, or cannot safely run, we will contact you and handle any required refund through Dodo Payments. Once a booking is approved and scheduled, payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
No traffic promises
Devdoku is a promotional game, not an advertising network with guaranteed results. We do not promise views, clicks, leads, sales, ranking, uptime, a particular audience, or any return on a sponsored day. Play and bookings are at your own business risk.
Availability and changes
We can change, pause, or discontinue Devdoku, the rules, prices, availability, and features at any time. We may correct obvious errors, prevent fraud, suspend abusive accounts or devices, and refuse service where permitted by law. The current version of these terms is the one that applies when you use the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Devdoku is provided as-is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site, your listing, an outbound link, or a sponsored placement.
